GLEITMO WSP 5040 is a high-performance lubricating paste based on a valuable special complex calcium grease and a synergistic combination of highly effective white solid greases.

Properties

• Usable temperature range: - 20 to + 140 °C, as screw paste up to 1200 °C,

• extreme pressure load capacity,

• low friction values,

• excellent wear protection,

• very good adhesion,

• very good corrosion protection and water resistance,

• protection against vibrational corrosion,

• protection against jerky movements (stick-slip) and rears.

Areas of use

GLEITMO WSP 5040 is used for all types of machine parts, under the highest pressure, shock loads and/or under the influence of vibration or oscillating movements. It is especially used in humid environments and when exposed to splashing water. It is used for sliding pairs that are prone to jerky movements (stick-slip) and to welding (seize). Furthermore, at low sliding speed, high pressure and the occurrence of vibration corrosion.The grease is also particularly suitable for greasing chucks and clamping elements.

In addition, GLEITMO WSP 5040 has proven itself very well as an assembly paste and can also be used as a screw paste in the high temperature range up to 1200 °C.

The lubricant contains a high proportion of solid lubricants and is therefore not suitable for the lubrication of rolling bearings.

spindles, large fittings, sliding guides, sliding bearings, oscillating pivots of construction machinery, spherical bearings, stainless steel screws and the like.
