RENOLIT CX-HT 2 is a high-quality, complex calcium grease based on high-viscosity mineral oil.

The grease is characterised by high resistance to kneading, good wear protection, very high EP load-carrying capacity and excellent corrosion protection, even in the presence of salt water. To improve its performance under emergency running conditions and to transmit high loads at low sliding speeds, RENOLIT CX-HT 2 contains a mixture of solid lubricants containing MoS2.

Applications

RENOLIT CX-HT 2 grease has been developed for the lubrication of heavily loaded, slow-moving rolling and plain bearings. RENOLIT CX-HT 2 is used wherever there are particularly high demands for protection against corrosion and wear in conjunction with higher temperatures, such as:

• wheel bearings on tunnel kiln trolleys

• rotary tube kilns and mills

• cement works

• coal and rock mills

• excavator tracks

• open toothed racks and spindle drives

• at high temperatures in brickworks

• in the ceramics, aerated concrete and concrete processing industries

• adjustment elements subjected to high thermal loads
