RENOLIT MP lubricants are premium quality, lithium-based greases developed primarily for use in modern industrial environments.They are based on the highest quality lithium soaps (12-hydroxystearate) and carefully selected, high quality base oils with the most suitable viscosity.The result is lubricants with extreme shear stability that do not soften even after prolonged exposure.

The bearing seal created by the lubricant is effective and in good conditions, this can extend relubrication intervals. However, it is still advisable to check the bearings from time to time to ensure that optimum operating performance is being achieved. 

RENOLIT MP lubricants contain anti-wear, antioxidant and anti-corrosion additives and metal deactivators.

Specifications

RENOLIT MP 2 meets the requirements of British Timken specification 3559, has ASEA7811 approval and meets the requirements of RHP. RENOLIT MP 3 has received full British Railways approval No. 673 after extensive testing on the railway and meets the lubrication requirements for axle bearings of passenger and freight rail cars (rolling bearings). It is also approved to RHP standards.
