GLEITMO 805 is a high-quality white lubricating paste based on mineral oil and a synergistically acting combination of highly effective white solid lubricants. It is intended for long-term lubrication under extreme conditions; assembly paste.

Applications

GLEITMO 805 lubricating paste is used for the lubrication of all types of machine parts subjected to high pressure, shock loads, and vibrations, or oscillating movements. It is ideal for sliding pairs that tend to exhibit jerky movements (stick-slip) and seizing at low sliding speeds, high pressure, and when vibrational corrosion occurs.

GLEITMO 805 lubricating paste is particularly suitable for lubricating chucks and clamping sleeves.

Other typical applications: plastic gears, industrial vibration damper seals, spindles, large valves, sliding guides, plain bearings, oscillating pins of construction machinery, joint bearings, slow-moving worm gears, and more.

It is also suitable as a general assembly paste used wherever high lubricant adhesion combined with optimal lubrication properties is required.

Due to its high content of solid lubricants, it is only suitable for slow-moving rolling bearings.

Application Method

GLEITMO 805 is applied to cleaned surfaces using a brush or lint-free cloth. Otherwise, the procedure is the same as with grease lubricants.
