Hydraulic oils
Hydraulic oil is a key component of every hydraulic system, ensuring power transmission and the smooth operation of machinery. We offer a wide range of hydraulic oils suitable for various applications in industry, construction, and agriculture. Hydraulic oils from FUCHS provide excellent protection against wear, corrosion, and oxidation, thereby extending the service life of equipment. They are suitable for use in hydraulic systems with high-pressure pumps, valves, and other components.
What Hydraulic Oils Do We Offer
FUCHS hydraulic oil for mobile and stationary hydraulic systems: the Renolin B series in HLP and HVLP grades according to DIN 51524 in ISO VG 22 to 68 viscosities, and the rapidly biodegradable Plantohyd and Plantosyn oils. The type and viscosity are specified by the machine manufacturer and can be found in the manufacturer’s manual.

What Do HLP, HVLP, and ISO VG Mean?
HLP is a hydraulic oil with additives to prevent wear, corrosion, and aging in accordance with DIN 51524-2; FUCHS also lists it as HM for Renolin B 46 PLUS. HVLP, in accordance with DIN 51524-3, also has a high viscosity index, meaning its viscosity changes less with temperature. The ISO VG number indicates the viscosity grade; for example, hydraulic oil 46 is ISO VG 46. HEES are synthetic ester-based oils for machines that require biodegradable oil.
