RENOLIN UNISYN XT 220 oil is a de-emulsifying, fully synthetic industrial gear oil with enhanced ageing resistance and very good load-bearing and wear protection, based on the latest generation of polyalphaolefins. 

RENOLIN UNISYN XT oils have good resistance to micropitting. Reliable lubrication of rolling bearings is confirmed by good FE8 test results. They also safely meet standard and stringent FZG test conditions. In addition, RENOLIN UNISYN XT series oils have very good filterability. These products are preferably used for elevated upper and lower operating temperature limit requirements. Especially in the low temperature range, RENOLIN UNISYN XT oils show significant advantages compared to industrial gear oils based on conventional PAO oils.

In gearboxes and circulating systems with tank temperatures up to 90 °C, significantly longer oil change intervals are achieved compared to conventional petroleum oils. They are generally miscible with petroleum-based gear oils, which means that interchangeability is simplified. However, in order to achieve the full performance of RENOLIN UNISYN XT and immediately benefit from the advantages it offers over conventional oils, a full oil change, possibly combined with a system flush, is recommended.

Use

RENOLIN UNISYN XT series oils are used for all industrial applications where synthetic oil type CLP is recommended by the manufacturer according to DIN 51517-3. Highly stressed bearings, joints, printing spindles, spur, worm and planetary gears can be reliably, safely and economically lubricated even at rare peak temperatures up to 150 °C. RENOLIN UNISYN XT series oils are particularly suitable for applications where extreme low temperature demands are placed on the gear oil.
