RENOLIN B15 VG46 hydraulic oil is based on selected petroleum base oils. High quality additives ensure stability against oxidation and ageing. They also provide excellent corrosion protection (steel and iron).
Synergistic copper inhibitors protect copper and non-ferrous metals. Carefully selected AW additives and gentle zinc-dialkyldithiophosphate-based EP additives protect hydraulic pumps, motors, components and machinery parts from wear (at low and high temperatures and under high loads).

RENOLIN B series oils are petroleum hydraulic and circulating HLP oils according to DIN 51 524-2, with de-emulsifying properties, containing zinc and lubricating oils according to DIN 51 517.

Use

RENOLIN B series oils are general purpose de-emulsifying hydraulic and lubricating oils. They are suitable for use in all types of mobile and stationary industrial hydraulic equipment where a de-emulsifying hydraulic oil (HLP) is recommended.
Synergistic additives ensure long life and excellent performance. Even at high temperatures and high loads, the base oil together with the additives ensures long-term reliable system operation.
The oils of the RENOLIN B series meet the high requirements of the DENISON HF-0 specification (hybrid pump, combination of vane and piston pump - T6H20C) and exhibit excellent thermal stability (Cincinnati Milacron B - compliant). Hydrolysis does not occur when contaminated with water. Both in the "dry" state and when contaminated with water, RENOLIN B series products have excellent filtration properties (low pressure, good flow time).
