The oils of the RENOLIN B15 VG46 series are manufactured using selected mineral base oils. High-quality additives ensure resistance to oxidation and aging. They also provide excellent corrosion protection (steel and iron).
Synergistically acting copper inhibitors protect copper and non-ferrous metals. Carefully selected AW additives and gentle EP additives based on zinc dialkyldithiophosphates protect hydraulic pumps, engines, components, and machinery parts from wear (at low and high temperatures and under high loads).

The RENOLIN B series oils are mineral hydraulic and circulation oils classified as HLP according to DIN 51 524-2, with demulsifying properties, containing zinc, and lubricating oils according to DIN 51 517.

Applications

The RENOLIN B series oils are universally applicable demulsifying hydraulic and lubricating oils. They are suitable for use in all types of mobile and stationary industrial hydraulic systems where a demulsifying hydraulic oil (HLP) is recommended.
Synergistically acting additives ensure long service life and excellent performance. Even at high temperatures and under heavy loads, the base oil, together with the additives, ensures long-term reliable system operation.
The RENOLIN B series oils meet the high requirements of the DENISON HF-0 specification (hybrid pump, combination of vane and piston pump - T6H20C).
Oils exhibit excellent thermal stability (Cincinnati Milacron B - compliant). In case of water contamination, no hydrolysis occurs. Both in "dry" conditions and when contaminated with water, RENOLIN B series products exhibit excellent filtration properties (low pressure, good flow time).
