V-Belts 13 mm
13 mm wide V-belts are among the most widely used types of belt drives in industrial machines, compressors, fans, pumps, and agricultural equipment. Thanks to their greater width compared to 10 mm profiles, they enable higher power transmission between pulleys while maintaining reliable operation and long service life.
This category mainly includes A-type V-belts, their modern AX cogged variants, as well as AVX13 automotive V-belts and AVP13 V-belts. The individual profiles differ in design and application, but all are intended for pulleys of the corresponding cross-section.
The range includes classic coated V-belts with a durable textile surface and cut V-belts on the sides. The cut design is more flexible, dissipates heat better, and is particularly suitable for smaller pulley diameters or dynamically loaded drives.
13 mm V-belt profiles
- V-belts A – classic coated profile used in industrial and agricultural drives
- AX V-belts – cogged design with higher flexibility and better cooling during operation
- AVX13 V-belts – automotive V-belts for auxiliary engine drives
- AVP13 V-belts – automotive design used in certain types of engines

V-belt construction
V-belts are made of a rubber compound reinforced with polyester or aramid tensile fibers, which ensure strength and length stability under load. The outer textile cover protects the belt against wear and tear and increases its service life. Cut V-belts have notches on the inside, which increase the flexibility of the belt and improve heat dissipation during operation.
