V-Belts XPZ
XPZ cogged V-belts are a modern variant of SPZ narrow V-belts, designed for industrial drives, fans, pumps, and smaller machinery. The cogged design allows for greater belt flexibility and better heat dissipation, ensuring reliable operation at higher speeds and smaller pulley diameters. The XPZ profile is based on SPZ dimensions, i.e., a width of approximately 9.7 mm and a height of approximately 8 mm, but the notches on the underside improve the belt's ability to adapt to smaller pulleys and allow it to transmit higher power without the risk of excessive bending.
XPZ belts are available as cut V-belts and are suitable for industrial drives where a combination of flexibility, long service life, and efficient power transmission is required. They are manufactured in accordance with DIN 7753 and ISO 4184 standards, ensuring compatibility with common narrow-profile pulleys.

Construction of cogged V-belts
XPZ cogged V-belts are made of a rubber compound reinforced with tensile fibers. Notches on the inside of the belt increase flexibility and allow for better heat dissipation, ensuring longer service life under dynamic loads. The outer textile cover protects the belt against wear and tear and increases operational reliability.
