V-Belts XPA
XPA V-belts are cogged variants of the narrow SPA V-profile with a width of approximately 12.7 mm. Thanks to the notches on the inside, they offer greater flexibility, lower bending resistance, and better heat dissipation during operation. They are mainly used in industrial drives with higher speeds, smaller pulley diameters, or variable loads.
The XPA profile is based on the dimensional series of narrow V-belts and is compatible with SPA profile pulleys. The belt design with tensile fibers embedded in the rubber compound ensures stable power transmission and long service life even under dynamic loads.
XPA belts are manufactured in accordance with the common industrial standards DIN 7753 and ISO 4184, which guarantees dimensional compatibility with industrial pulleys and the possibility of use in a wide range of machinery.

Construction of cut V-belts
XPA V-belts are made of a rubber compound reinforced with tensile fibers that transfer the load between the pulleys. The notches on the inside of the belt increase its flexibility and enable efficient operation at higher speeds or when using smaller pulleys. Thanks to this construction, cut V-belts are suitable for modern industrial drives with variable loads.
