V-Belts Z
Z V-belts are classic 10 mm wide V-belts used in industrial drives, pumps, fans, and smaller machines. Thanks to their standardized V-profile, they enable reliable power transmission between pulleys while maintaining a long service life and precise drive operation. The Z profile has a standard width of 10 mm and a height of approx. 8 mm, corresponding to the DIN 2215 / ISO 4184 standard. This profile is suitable for pulleys of the corresponding cross-section and is widely used in industrial applications where a combination of durability and easy maintenance is required.
The range includes covered V-belts with a durable textile surface that protects the rubber against wear and tear and ensures stable operation. The Z profile is suitable for standard drives with constant loads and medium speeds.

V-belt design
Z V-belts are made of a rubber compound reinforced with tensile fibers, which ensure power transmission and length stability. The coated textile surface protects the rubber against wear and tear and ensures a long service life. For greater flexibility or dynamic drives, cut ZX variants can be used.
