V-Belts 9,5 mm
9.5 - 9.7 mm wide V-belts are narrow V-belts used in industrial drives, fans, compressors, smaller machines, and agricultural equipment. Thanks to their narrow profile, they enable efficient power transmission between pulleys with compact dimensions and are particularly suitable for modern narrow-profile pulleys.
This category mainly includes SPZ V-belts and their more powerful XPZ cogged variants. These profiles are part of a system of narrow V-belts that allow higher power transmission than classic profiles with a smaller belt width. The range includes covered V-belts with a textile surface and cogged V-belts with notches on the inside. The cut design is more flexible, dissipates heat better, and is suitable for drives with smaller pulley diameters or higher speeds.
V-belt profiles 9.7 mm (9.5 mm)
- SPZ V-belts – narrow V-profile used in industrial drives and modern pulleys
- XPZ V-belts – cogged design with higher flexibility and better cooling during operation

V-belt construction
V-belts are made from a rubber compound reinforced with tensile fibers, which ensure power transmission and length stability under load. In coated V-belts, a textile layer protects the surface against wear. Cut V-belts have notches on the inside that increase the flexibility of the belt and improve heat dissipation during operation.
