V-Belts A
V-belts A are standard industrial profiles with a width of 13 mm designed for drives in fans, pumps, compressors, and other machinery. Thanks to their greater width compared to 10 mm and 12.7 mm profiles, they enable higher power transmission with stable belt operation and long drive life.
Profile A has a height of approx. 8 mm and a width of 13 mm, complies with the standard DIN 2215 / ISO 4184 and is compatible with pulleys of the corresponding cross-section. This profile is used in industrial drives where reliable power transmission and wear resistance are required.
A belts are classic covered V-belts with a textile surface that protects the rubber against wear and ensures stable drive operation. Profile A is suitable for standard industrial applications with constant loads and medium speeds.

V-belt construction
A-type V-belts are made of a rubber compound reinforced with tensile fibers that transfer the load between the pulleys and ensure length stability. The coated textile surface protects the rubber against wear and tear and ensures a long service life. Profile A is suitable for industrial drives with constant loads and standard speeds.
