With 33 impact rings, the kit covers approximately 400 different bearing sizes. The dimensions are clearly and permanently marked on each ring, making it easy to select the appropriate ring for the mounting application.

Gentle mounting without metal-to-metal contact

The impact rings are made of impact-resistant synthetic material, preventing direct metal-to-metal contact during mounting. Using the appropriate ring together with a mounting sleeve allows the bearing to be installed into the required fit.

The simultaneous support of the inner and outer bearing rings helps prevent damage to the bearing raceways and rotating components. The kit is also suitable for mounting other components, such as sealing rings, gears, and pulleys.

Robust design for workshops and maintenance

The kit includes three lightweight and robust aluminium mounting sleeves designed for a secure grip. The impact rings are designed for long service life and can also be used in combination with a press.
