Ceramic Grease – High-temperature lubricant for demanding applications.

Ceramic grease is a high-temperature lubricant based on ceramics, designed for lubricating heavily loaded sliding surfaces in all types of machines and equipment. This grease is ideal for applications where low sliding speeds or oscillating movements occur, especially in screw, connector, and bayonet joints made of steel or non-ferrous metals. It is also an excellent choice for lubricating threaded connections in combustion engines, turbines, engineering, industry, and agriculture.

How to apply ceramic grease properly?

1. Surface preparation – Ensure the surface is clean, dry, free of rust, grease, and loose particles.

2. Shaking – Shake the can thoroughly (approx. 3 minutes, until you hear the ball inside move).

3. Application – Apply the spray to the treated surface at an optimal temperature of +15 °C to +25 °C.

4. Post-application maintenance – After completing the application, turn the can upside down and press the valve to empty it.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Store in the original undamaged packaging upside down at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.

• Minimum shelf life: 36 months from the manufacturing date indicated at the bottom of the can.
