Debbex S Two-Component Chemical Anchor is a reliable solution for quick and strong anchoring of elements in building materials such as concrete, solid and hollow masonry, or natural stone. It uses polyester resin with styrene, ensuring high strength and a short curing time.

Where and How to Use:

It is used for securing railings, anchor bolts, load-bearing structures, or elements exposed to vibrations. It is especially recommended for outdoor use or in well-ventilated spaces due to the styrene content, which has a specific odor during application (the odor disappears after curing).

Application Instructions:

1. Drilling the hole: Prepare the anchor holes in the selected substrate.

2. Cleaning: Thoroughly remove dirt from the hole – it is recommended to cycle through 4x blowing / brushing / and blowing again.

3. Preparing the mixture: First, extrude about 10 cm of the mixture from the cartridge to ensure the mixture is uniform in color.

4. Filling the hole: Fill the hole about one-third (or halfway for deeper holes) and insert the anchored element by slowly twisting it.

5. Special materials: For hollow materials, use a mounting mesh (plastic or metal).

Storage and Shelf Life:

Store the product in its original sealed packaging in a dry place at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C. Expiry date is marked on the packaging.
