Coolant concentrate Renolin MPG 5 CONC IDM, 20L FUCHS

RENOLIN MPG 5 CONC IDM is a coolant concentrate based on monopropylene glycol and additives. It is recommended for use in the cooling circuits of machine tools, industrial systems, and spindles. The concentrate has a blue color and provides excellent corrosion protection and reliable cooling performance when used. Thanks to its fluorescent properties, the product can also be detected with a UV lamp (366 nm).

RENOLIN MPG 5 CONC IDM is a coolant concentrate that can be used (diluted with water) in circulating cooling systems in industrial applications. RENOLIN MPG 5 CONC IDM (diluted with water) can be used for both cooling and heating as an antifreeze fluid. By mixing RENOLIN MPG 5 CONC IDM with water, a ready-to-use antifreeze/coolant is produced. The required amount of water should be selected according to the desired freezing protection temperature (see table). Water hardness should not exceed 3 °N. For reliable corrosion protection and good antifreeze properties according to (ASTM D 1177), a minimum working concentration of 33% is recommended.

Storage

Do not store RENOLIN MPG 5 CONC IDM coolant concentrate in galvanically zinc-plated containers, as they may corrode and cause incompatibility issues.
