Copper paste is a high-quality protective and lubricating spray designed for the assembly and disassembly of a wide range of components, such as disc or drum brake segments, joint hinges, pins, exhausts, spark plugs, engine studs, or heat exchangers. It is ideal for applications where it is necessary to prevent seizing, ensure smooth assembly and disassembly, and provide protection against high temperatures.

Properties of Copper Paste

• High adhesion – It has excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, and nylons, ensuring its effectiveness even under demanding conditions.

• Protection against seizing – Prevents bolt seizing caused by high temperatures, corrosion, or mechanical stress.

• Facilitates assembly and disassembly – Using a thin durable film, it makes the assembly and disassembly of components easier, saving time and energy.

• Friction protection – Effectively eliminates squeaks, creaks, and grinding noises, improving operational performance and extending the lifespan of parts.

• Thermal resistance – Withstands temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +1100 °C, making it ideal for applications exposed to high temperatures.

Using Copper Paste

1. Surface preparation – The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry, free from rust, grease, and loose particles.

2. Shake the can – The can should be shaken vigorously for approximately 3 minutes until the ball inside is heard moving.

3. Application – Apply from a distance of approximately 20 cm to the treated surfaces. Ensure an even film is applied.

4. Finishing the application – After application, turn the can upside down and press the valve to empty and clean it.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Storage: Store in the original undamaged packaging upside down at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.

• Minimum shelf life: 36 months from the manufacturing date indicated at the bottom of the can.
