Copper Paste - High quality protective and lubricating agent.

Copper Paste is a high-quality protective and lubricating agent designed for the assembly and disassembly of a wide range of components such as disc or drum brake components, knuckle hangers, pins, exhausts, spark plugs, engine studs or heat exchangers. It is ideal for applications where there is a need to prevent galling, ensure smooth assembly and disassembly, and protection against high temperatures.

Properties of copper paste

• High adhesion - It has excellent adhesion to metals, plastics and silons, ensuring its effectiveness even in harsh conditions.

• No seizure protection - Prevents bolts from seizing due to high temperature, corrosion or mechanical stress.

• Eases assembly and disassembly - With a thin resistant film, it facilitates assembly and disassembly of components, saving time and energy.

• Non-friction protection - Effectively eliminates squeaking, creaking and grinding, which improves operational performance and extends the life of parts.

• Heat Resistance - Resists temperatures ranging from -30°C to +1100°C, making it ideal for applications exposed to high temperatures.

Using copper paste

1. Surface Preparation - Substrate surfaces must be clean, dry, free of rust, grease and loose particles.

2. Shaking the jar - The jar must be vigorously shaken for approximately 3 minutes until the movement of the bead inside can be heard.

3. Application - Apply from a distance of approx. 20 cm to the areas to be treated. Make sure an even film is applied.

4. Finish the application - After application, turn the container upside down and press the valve to empty and clean it.

Storage and shelf life

• Storage: Store in original undamaged packaging, bottom down at +5°C to +25°C.

• Minimum shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the bottom of the container.
