TITAN FFL-52529 is a special fluid developed on the basis of XTL Technology, well known in the field of engine oils. The exclusive formulation has been specifically designed for use as the initial fill in the clutch section of the VW Group’s DL382 (0CK) dual-clutch gearbox.

The fluid ensures excellent compatibility with non-ferrous metals and electronic components, which is crucial for the proper functioning of the electro-hydraulic control system. Thanks to its very good low-temperature properties, it guarantees optimum clutch and gearbox control even when cold. At the same time, it contributes to fuel economy and supports the achievement of current stringent targets for reducing CO₂ emissions.

Application

TITAN FFL-52529 has been specially developed for use as wet clutch fluid in the VW Group’s DL382 (0CK) dual-clutch gearbox. It is the only product approved in accordance with the VW TL 52529-C (G 055 529) standard.

The product offers excellent friction characteristics and exceptional stability of friction properties throughout its service life. The fluid must be homogenised prior to use. To fully utilise all its benefits, mixing with other gearbox oils must be avoided; when switching to TITAN FFL-52529, a complete fluid change is recommended.
