TITAN FFL-52529 is a special fluid developed on the basis of XTL Technology, known from the field of motor oils. The exclusive formula was specifically designed for use as the initial fill in the clutch section of the DL382 (0CK) dual-clutch transmission from the VW Group.

The fluid ensures excellent compatibility with non-ferrous metals and electronic components, which is key to the proper functioning of the electrohydraulic control system. Thanks to its very good low-temperature properties, it guarantees optimal clutch and transmission control even when cold. At the same time, it contributes to fuel economy and supports the fulfillment of current demanding CO2 emission reduction targets.

Application

TITAN FFL-52529 has been specially developed for use as a wet clutch fluid for the DL382 (0CK) dual-clutch transmission from the VW Group. It is the only product approved according to VW TL 52529-C (G 055 529) standard.

The product provides excellent friction characteristics and exceptional stability of friction properties throughout its entire service life. The fluid must be homogenized before use. To take full advantage of all its benefits, mixing with other transmission oils must be avoided; when switching to TITAN FFL-52529, a complete fluid change is recommended.
