TITAN FFL-52529 is a special fluid developed based on TITAN XTL Technology, known in the field of engine oils. The exclusive formulation has been specifically designed for use as a first fill in the clutch section of the VW Group's DL382 (0CK) dual clutch transmission.

The fluid provides excellent compatibility with non-ferrous metals and electronic components, which is crucial for the proper functioning of the electro-hydraulic control system. Thanks to its very good low temperature properties, it guarantees optimum clutch and transmission control function in cold conditions. At the same time, it contributes to Fuel Economy and supports the current demanding CO2 reduction targets.

Use

TITAN FFL-52529 is specially formulated for use as wet clutch fluid for the VW DL382 (0CK) dual clutch transmission. It is the only product approved to VW TL 52529-C (G 055 529).

The product provides excellent friction characteristics and exceptional frictional stability throughout use. The liquid must be homogenized prior to application. To take full advantage of all the benefits, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided; a full fluid change is recommended when switching to TITAN FFL-52529.
