GLEITMO 805 is a high value white mineral oil based lubricating paste and a synergistic combination of high performance white solid lubricants. Designed for long-term lubrication under extreme conditions; an assembly paste.

Areas of application

GLEITMO 805 lubricating paste is used for lubricating all types of machine parts that are subjected to high pressure, shock loads and vibrations or oscillating movements at the same time. For sliding pairs prone to stick-slip and seizure at low sliding speeds, high pressure and vibration corrosion.

GLEITMO 805 lubricating paste is particularly suitable for lubricating chucks and collet bushes.

Other typical areas of application: plastic gears, seals of industrial vibration dampers, spindles, large valves, slideways, plain bearings, oscillating pins of construction machinery, spherical plain bearings, slow-speed worm gears, etc.

It is also suitable as a general assembly paste, used wherever high lubricant adhesion coupled with optimum lubrication properties are required.

Because of its high proportion of solid lubricants, it is only suitable for slow moving rolling bearings.

Method of application

GLEITMO 805 is applied to cleaned surfaces with a brush or a non-fibre-releasing fabric. Otherwise, the procedure is the same as for greases.
