RENOLIT SI 300 M is an ageing-resistant lithium grease based on methylphenylsilicone oil with a particularly low pour point. This allows the lubricant to be used in a temperature range of -70 to +160°C, with short-term use up to 200°C.

RENOLIT SI 300 M is not only very stable to high and low temperatures, it is also stable to water and petroleum oils, shows good resistance to ageing, its consistency is only slightly temperature dependent, it is compatible with most elastomers (exceptions are silicone rubber) and plastics, forms a good film, especially on non-metallic materials, has good dielectric properties, is physiologically non-flowing and its evaporation losses are negligible.
Application:

RENOLIT SI 300 M is recommended as a low-temperature grease, especially for lubricating electrical and electronic equipment, fine mechanical devices and for plastic/plastic or elastomer/metal sliding pairs, for example, for elastic rubber/metal joints, for bridge plain bearings, sliding foils, for improving sealing rings, shaft rings, O-rings and other seals, and for lubricating bellows.

RENOLIT SI 300 M is approved by Mercedes-Benz in accordance with the Delivery Code DBL 6812.10 and by VOLKSWAGEN in accordance with Technical Delivery Code TL-VW 767 X for use in production.
