RENEP CGLP series oils are universally applicable oils for sliding guides according to DIN 51 502 for machine tools, specially also with plastic sliding guides. Thanks to matched additive technology, they have excellent compatibility with ECOCOOL coolant lubricants.

The RENEP CGLP series lubricants enable positioning without jerky movement (Stick-Slip) even with the smallest feeds and extreme loads. In numerous tests with conventional water-miscible coolant lubricants at the Institute of Plastics Technology FH (University of Applied Sciences) Darmstadt, the RENEP CGLP series showed excellent protection against black spot formation. The excellent deemulsification properties of these products are demonstrated by extensive tests carried out at SKCGleittechnik GmbH, Rösental.

Use

The RENEP CGLP series is used in accordance with machine tool manufacturers' regulations for all horizontal and vertical slideways and guideways as well as for linear guideway systems. They prevent sticking and deposit formation that can occur when mixing water miscible coolant lubricants and oils used for slideways. RENEP CGLP series oils are also suitable for use in machine tools with central lubrication for gears, hydraulics and slideways.
