Chassis Protection Rubber is a high-quality, permanently elastic protection that provides excellent defense against water, salt, flying stones, abrasion, and corrosion. This protective agent is based on synthetic rubber, which also absorbs noise, contributing to a quieter ride.

Properties of Chassis Protection Rubber

• High resistance to weather conditions – The protection is non-corrosive and withstands harsh outdoor conditions, including moisture, salt, and other atmospheric influences.

• Firmly adhering protective film – Creates a firmly adhering, fast-drying, and paintable protective film that protects the chassis and other components.

• Noise absorption – The rubber component absorbs noise, enhancing driving comfort.

Application of Chassis Protection Rubber

• Designed for the protection of vehicle chassis, wheel covers, front spoilers, sills, car doors, edges, welds, engine covers, and trunk covers.

• Surface preparation: The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry, and free from rust, grease, and loose particles.

• Shake the can: Before use, shake the can vigorously (for about 3 minutes) until the ball inside can be heard moving.

• Application: Apply from a distance of approximately 25–30 cm in a continuous layer. Ensure not to apply to the engine, brakes, exhaust, and moving parts of the vehicle.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Storage: Store in the original undamaged packaging upside down at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.

• Minimum shelf life: 36 months from the manufacturing date indicated on the bottom of the can.
