Zinc Spray - Corrosion protection for metal and cast iron components.

Zinc Spray is a high quality protectant that effectively protects metal and cast iron surfaces from corrosion. It contains metallic zinc, which forms a protective cathodic layer on steel surfaces, thus significantly improving their resistance to rust. This spray is ideal for spot welding, reinforced protection of damaged zinc layers and protection of auto body joints.

How to use zinc spray correctly?

1. Substrate preparation: Make sure the substrate surfaces are clean, dry, free of rust, grease and loose particles.

2. Optimum application temperature: +18°C to +25°C.

3. Application: Shake the container vigorously for about 2 minutes. Apply the spray from a distance of 20-30 cm in two to three coats, leaving short intervals between applications.

4. Maintenance of the nozzle: After use, clean the nozzle, turn the can upside down, point it in a safe direction and press the valve for approximately 3 seconds.

Storage and shelf life

• Store in original, undamaged packaging, bottom down, at temperatures +5°C to +25°C.

• Expiry date is indicated on the bottom of the container.
