Zinc ALU Spray – High-quality protection for metal parts.

Zinc ALU Spray is specially developed for repairing metal parts after welding and mechanical modifications such as cutting, drilling, riveting, etc. It provides long-term corrosion protection and ensures visual consistency with freshly galvanized materials.

Properties of Zinc ALU Spray

Application of Zinc ALU Spray

• Optimal application temperature: +18 °C to +25 °C.

• Surface preparation: The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry, and free from rust, grease, and loose particles.

• Shaking: Shake the can intensely for 2 minutes.

• Application: Apply from a distance of 20–30 cm in two to three layers, with short intervals between sprays.

• Nozzle cleaning: After application, turn the can upside down, point the nozzle in a safe direction, and press the valve for about 3 seconds.

Storage and Shelf Life

Storage: Store in the original undamaged packaging upside down at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C. Minimum shelf life: 36 months from the manufacturing date indicated on the bottom of the can.
