GLEITMO 805 is a highly valuable white lubricating paste based on mineral oil and a synergistic combination of highly effective white solid lubricants. It is designed for long-term lubrication under extreme conditions; assembly paste.

Properties

• Operating temperature range: -20 / +110 °C,

• resistant to extremely high pressures,

• exhibits low friction values,

• minimizes wear,

• has extremely good adhesion,

• protects against corrosion and is resistant to water,

• prevents the formation of fretting corrosion,

• prevents jerky movements and seizing.

Areas of Use

GLEITMO 805 lubricating paste is used for lubricating all types of machine parts that are simultaneously exposed to high pressure, shock loading, and vibration, or oscillating movements. For sliding pairs that tend to experience jerky movements (stick-slip) and seizing at low sliding speeds, high pressure, and when fretting corrosion occurs.

GLEITMO 805 lubricating paste is especially suitable for the lubrication of collets and clamping sleeves.

Other typical areas of use: plastic gears, seals for industrial vibration dampers, spindles, large valves, sliding guides, sliding bearings, oscillating pins of construction machinery, joint bearings, slow-running worm gears, and more.

It is also suitable as a general assembly paste, used where high adhesive properties of the lubricant are required, combined with optimal lubrication performance.

Due to its high content of solid lubricants, it is suitable only for slow-moving rolling bearings.

Application Method

GLEITMO 805 is applied to cleaned surfaces with a brush or textile that does not shed fibers. Otherwise, the procedure is the same as with grease lubricants.
