pressing and forming oil Renoform AK 3099 CF/1, 205L FUCHS

A water immiscible oil with  a proportion of evaporating component for single or combined processing processes such as deep drawing, profiling, rolling, stamping and pressing of thin sheets.

The oil is suitable for all metallic materials and is very effective in preventing the formation of cold welds or build-ups in high-speed automatic presses. Degreasing of the made tools, especially between processing steps, is often unnecessary. All products are easily and economically applied by felt pad, roller or spray and provide reliable temporary protection against corrosion.

RENOFORM AK 3099 CF/1 is used for molding and forming at elevated levels of difficulty. Areas where the oil is used - pressing of dynamoplechs and manufacture of contacts of all kinds for the electrical industry, household appliances, in the cutlery industry as well as in the manufacture of coolers.

RENOFORM AK 3099 CF/1  replaces WISURA AK 3118 CF/1
