The RENEP CGLP series oils are universal slideway oils in accordance with DIN 51 502 for machine tools, particularly those with plastic slideways. Thanks to their carefully balanced additive technology, they are highly compatible with ECOCOOL cooling lubricants.

RENEP CGLP series oils enable positioning without stick-slip even during the smallest feeds and under extreme loads. At the Institute of Plastics Technology at the University of Applied Sciences (FH) in Darmstadt, RENEP CGLP series oils demonstrated excellent protection against “black spot” formation in numerous tests with common water-miscible cooling lubricants. The excellent demulsifying properties of these products are confirmed by extensive tests conducted at SKCGleittechnik GmbH, Rösental.

Applications

RENEP CGLP series oils are used in accordance with machine tool manufacturers’ specifications for all horizontal and vertical slideways and guideways, as well as for linear guide systems. They prevent caking and the formation of deposits that can occur when water-miscible cooling lubricants are mixed with oils used on slideways. RENEP CGLP series oils are also suitable for use in machine tools with centralized lubrication systems for gears, hydraulics, and slideways.
