RENOLIN CLP oils are industrial gear oils of the latest generation with high-pressure resistance (EP/AW properties) and extremely high load-carrying capacity. These gear oils have excellent demulsifying properties and can be used in all enclosed gearboxes with forced circulation or splash lubrication. RENOLIN CLP oils provide exceptional wear protection. They have surpassed the standard FZG A/8,3/90 load test as well as the stricter FZG A/16,6/140 test (at double speed - 16.6 m/s and elevated oil sump temperature - 140°C). RENOLIN CLP oils provide excellent protection against micropitting (load level “high” in both step and long-term tests) and outstanding protection against rolling bearing wear. The wear rate under demanding FAG FE8 test conditions was extremely low (7.5 rpm, 80°C, 80 h, 80 kN). The latest additive technology ensures excellent wear protection and outstanding corrosion protection (for materials containing steel and copper). RENOLIN CLP oils have good compatibility with elastomers, which are lubricated and protected against wear under both static and dynamic stress. Applications

RENOLIN CLP gear oils are particularly suitable for lubricating spur, bevel, and planetary enclosed gears with forced circulation or splash lubrication, operating at temperatures up to 100°C (short-term up to 120°C). RENOLIN CLP oils can be used for all applications where the gearbox manufacturer recommends CLP oil according to DIN 51517-3. These oils meet and in many cases exceed the latest requirements of well-known gearbox and bearing manufacturers. RENOLIN CLP oils are especially suitable for gears exposed to high and shock loads.
