RENOLIN CLP series oils are the latest generation of industrial gear oils with high pressure load capacity (EP/AW properties) and extremely high compressive load capacity. They are gear oils with excellent de-emulsification properties that can be used in all closed gearboxes with forced circulation or spray lubrication.

RENOLIN CLP series oils provide exceptional wear protection. They exceed the requirements of the standard FZG A/8.3/90 load test as well as the more stringent FZG A/16.6/140 test (at double the speed - 16.6 m/s and increased oil sump temperature - 140°C). RENOLIN CLP series oils provide excellent protection against micropitting (load grade "high" in both step and long-term tests) and excellent protection against rolling bearing wear. The wear rate under the severe conditions of the FAG FE8 test was extremely low (7.5 rpm, 80°C, 80 h, 80 kN). The latest additive technology guarantees excellent wear protection and superior corrosion protection (for materials containing steel and copper).

The RENOLIN CLP range of oils have good compatibility with elastomers, which are lubricated and protected against wear under static and dynamic stress. The use of RENOLIN CLP products increases component life, equipment reliability and productivity.

Use

RENOLIN CLP gear oils are particularly suitable for the lubrication of spur, bevel and planetary closed gears with forced circulation or splash lubrication, operating at temperatures up to 100°C (short term up to 120°C). RENOLIN CLP series oils can be used for all applications where CLP oil is recommended by the gearbox manufacturer according to DIN 51 517-3. These oils meet and in many cases exceed the new requirements of well-known gearbox and bearing manufacturers. RENOLIN CLP series oils are particularly suitable for gears that are subjected to high and shock loads. They can also be used for highly loaded, slow-running roller and ball bearings. These petroleum-based products have been designed to provide a high quality industrial gear oil formulation with the latest additive technology. They meet the requirements of the latest industry standards of well-known OEMs. RENOLIN CLP series oils are approved by Siemens Flender.
