DUOTAC Zahnradspray is a special petroleum oil-based, bitumen-free lubricant containing additives to increase adhesion and a blend of effective additives containing graphite as a solid additive.

Use

Used on gear racks, gears, toothed rods, chains and for external lubrication of wire ropes of cranes, excavators, agricultural machinery, toothed tracks, cable cars, ship hoisting equipment, etc.
Before applying DUOTAC Zahnradspray, the lubricated areas must be properly cleaned so that the lubricant comes into direct contact with the surface during application. Re-lubrication is only necessary when bare spots begin to appear on the metal surface. Equipment that has been treated with DUOTAC Zahnradspray lubricant should only be put into service after the solvent has evaporated and the lubricant has dried. The operating temperature range is from - 20 to + 150 °C. In addition, the solid lubricant film is stable up to temperatures of more than 300 °C.
