Fully synthetic, high-performance grease for use in the food, pharmaceutical and animal feed industries.

The lubricant is a knead-resistant, extremely water-resistant, highly heat-stable synthetic lubricant developed for lubricating highly loaded 
rolling and plain bearings as well as guides over a wide range of operating temperatures.

 

Use

• Cylindrical Roller Bearings:Highly loaded, slow to medium running cylindrical roller bearings at very high temperatures, such as automatic baking oven or dryer bearings. High impulse load bearings such as those in pellet presses. Bearings and guide pulleys in conveyors, dryers or ovens.

• Slide bearings: Slide bearings exposed to high temperatures. 

• Pins, joints, disc cams and other sliding points.

• Low temperature lubricant for bearings and guides.

• High performance lubricant for high speed rolling and plain bearings of all types.

Compatibility

The products do not attack common metals, plastics, paints or seals that are resistant to mineral oil. Products should not be mixed with other lubricants.

 

Lubrication site preparation

Thoroughly remove all dirt and residues of old lubricant from the lubrication point and its surroundings.
