ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 is a water miscible coolant lubricant designed for the automotive industry that is different from any metalworking fluid available on the market. It is based on the patented "FUCHS Technology" and offers advantages in operation, maintenance, purchasing, health, safety and also in quality control.

ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 supports maximizing production productivity, improving the workplace environment and generating cost savings.

ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 uses a new lubricity concept that is particularly effective on aluminium and steel. Studies with aluminium milling show a clear increase in tool life and machining performance.

ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 is free of boron, secondary amines, chloroparaffin, formaldehyde-releasing biocides and other critical substances that could lead to restrictions in various countries and in the automotive industry.

Uses

ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 is mixed with water before use. Typical working concentration is 5%. For your specific application, FUCHS expert representatives will provide you with detailed recommendations. Always add ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 liquid concentrate to water when mixing. The product must be stored in the unopened original packaging at temperatures between 7 °C and 32 °C.

Useful concentrations

Optimal operating concentration must be adapted to the materials and machining processes being machined, but should not be less than 5%.

Instructions for use

The optimum temperature for mixing water and concentrate is 15 to 20 °C. Discoloration and slight sedimentation of the water miscible machining fluid concentrate have no adverse effect on product quality or performance.
