Usage

ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 should be mixed with water before use. The typical working concentration is 5%. For your specific application, FUCHS company representatives will provide detailed recommendations. The ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 20 fluid concentrate should always be added to water during mixing. The product must be stored in an unopened original container at temperatures between 7°C and 32°C.

Recommended Concentrations

The optimal operating concentration must be adapted to the machined materials and machining processes but should not be lower than 5%.

Instructions for Use

The optimal temperature for mixing water and concentrate is 15 to 20°C. Changes in color and slight sedimentation of the water-miscible machining fluid concentrate have no adverse effect on the product's quality or performance.
