CASSIDA GREASE HTS 2 is a high-performance, high-temperature grease that has been developed specifically for machines used in food and beverage processing and packaging. It is based on synthetic oils, an inorganic hardener and selected additives carefully chosen for their ability to meet the stringent requirements of the food industry.

The product is NSF certified to ISO 21469 and registered in Class H1 (lubricants approved for incidental food contact). It is manufactured in accordance with FLT quality standards, in facilities where HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practice audits have been implemented and forms part of ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene management systems. CASSIDA GREASE HTS 2 is based on an inorganic hardener, therefore it is not compatible with lubricants based on other hardeners.

Compatible with elastomers, sealants and coatings commonly used in lubrication systems in food processing machinery.

Handling and storage

All food grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemicals and food and away from direct sunlight and other heat sources. The recommended storage temperature is 0 to +40 °C. Under these conditions the product can be stored for 3 years from the date of manufacture. After opening the packaging, the product must be used within 2 years (or 3 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first).
