CASSIDA SILICONE FLUID SPRAY is a fully synthetic, high-performance, multi-purpose fluid that has been developed specifically for lubricating conveyors, slow rotating machinery, low speed bearings and pins used in food and beverage processing and packaging. It is based on carefully selected synthetic oils and additives chosen for their ability to meet the stringent requirements of the food industry.

The product is registered with NSF as Class H1 (lubricants approved for incidental food contact). It contains only ingredients meeting US 21 CFR 178.3570, 178.3620 and 182 (components approved for incidental food contact).

CASSIDA SILICONE FLUID is available only in spray form.

Resilience

CASSIDA SILICONE FLUID SPRAY is stable and does not dissolve in water, lower alcohols, glycols or glycerines. It is soluble in non-polar organic solvents such as ketone ethers and higher alcohols.

Handling and storage

All food-grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemicals and food from the reach of direct sunlight and other heat sources. The recommended storage temperature is 0 to 30°C. Under these conditions, the product can be stored and used for 5 years from the date of manufacture in the original packaging intact. Make sure the container is clean before opening. Once opened, the product must be consumed within 2 years (or within 5 years from the date of manufacture, if sooner).
